A combined machine that cracks hazelnuts and instantly
cleans the kernels with a strong air flow. The drum mechanism provides gentle cracking, while the built-in aspiration removes over 90% of shells and dust. Vibration feeding ensures stable, hands-off operation. Result: clean kernels, fast processing, minimal effort.

The nut cracker with aspiration automates the processing process and ensures careful processing. The result of the equipment’s operation is sorted hazelnut kernels and uncracked nuts that have not been sufficiently cracked in the nut cracker. The shells are separated into a separate container. The kernels are not subjected to unnecessary movement or damage. The unsplit kernels are sent for manual cleaning or re-splitting. Thus, the installation allows for the highest possible yield of whole kernels.
Arbeitsprinzip:
Legen Sie die Nüsse in den Bunker und schalten Sie die Maschine ein. Die Nüsse werden vom Bunker in die sich drehenden Trommeln geführt, wo sie aufgespalten werden. Die aufgespaltenen Nüsse gelangen in einen Entladebehälter und dann zur Sortierung – durch ein Sieb und Absaugung.
