General terms of returns and exchange
NUT TEСHNOLOGY offers a 100% guarantee on any defective or damaged goods. Any good with a defect can be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested.
Note also next information: delivery costs are NOT refundable.
When you noticed defects or damages, please, report us within 14 business days of the shipping date and there are no exceptions.
Conditions of returns and exchange
You can exchange or return the merchandise within 14 days after delivery. To realize this right, please make sure that:
- the merchandise was not in use and have no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, the merchandise was not subjected to changes, etc;
- the merchandise is fully equipped and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
- all labels and factory markings are saved.
How it works
You inform us of the fact of the defect and ask about a return and exchange. We make an exchange. Exchange is free of charge. In case of refusal to exchange, you make a written statement indicating the reason for the return. If it is necessary to check the quality of the merchandise, an examination can be carried out, during which the fact of compliance with the operating conditions and warranty conditions.
Money refund
When returning money for the merchandise, settlements with the buyer are based on the cost of the goods at the time of purchase. If the reason for the return is the client’s desire, and the product does not have any manufacturing defects, then we will keep delivery costs from the total purchase price. Money will be returned within 7 days after receipt of the goods by us and its inspection. If you paid for the merchandise through a current account, then a refund will be made by returning money from our current account.
Note, that you can send the goods back in the same way that you received them.
