Payment
Payment for orders and delivery can be done:
- With a Fondy payment system
- To the bank account
The payment processing time and crediting to the bank account is 3-5 banking days.
Shipping price
For small equipment :
- Shipping costs are included in the price of the item
For large equipment :
- Shipping cost is not included
Delivery cost depends on the type of equipment, weight, dimensions, delivery method, country of destination and other conditions.

For small equipment :
- Delivery is made by international post.
The estimated delivery time for small equipment is 7 – 21 business days and depends on the country of delivery, the speed of the postal service and customs.
For large equipment :
- Delivery of equipment is carried out by land, air or sea transport. The delivery of the equipment is handled by a freight forwarder. You can hire your own freight forwarder or we will help you with your search. You can check with our manager or your forwarder for more information about the delivery time and its cost. We will provide all the information you need for your freight forwarder.
The estimated delivery time for large equipment is 5-35 business days from the date of shipment from the warehouse and depends on the country of delivery and the delivery method (road, sea or air transport).
Customs taxes:
- Please note that you may pay customs duties and taxes for importing equipment. The amount of taxes and duties depends on the laws of your country. Please contact your broker or your country’s customs office.
Note: International logistics are unpredictable, and there may be delays in delivery and customs for which we have no influence.
