Purpose of walnut peeling machine:

2. To prevent the darkening of the kernel. The longer gathered or fallen walnuts stay in the green pericarp, the more iodine penetrates them and the kernel darkens.

The operating principle: connect the water pressure to the machine, and add walnuts. The green peel will be deleted by special brushes, and water will wash away the green pulp. When the walnut is peeled, turn off the peeling machine and water supply then unload the walnuts through the door. To avoid damage to the shell removes walnuts right away after their peeling.
