Almond Calibrating Machine is specifically engineered for sorting almonds in shells into various sizes, ranging from small to large. This facilitates high-quality and cost-effective processing on industrial nutcrackers. The calibrator efficiently sorts almonds in shell into two distinct sizes.
The Industrial Almond Processing Line represents the automated equipment. It expertly splits almonds, separates the shells, and sorts the kernels into different fractions. The line is composed of several integral parts:
- A hopper with a conveyor for loading almonds into the nut sheller;
- A drum-type almond sheller for gentle splitting of almonds, boasting a yield of whole kernels up to 90%;
- A vibrating sieve with an aspiration system for separating hulls and dust, and sorting the kernels by size.
Belt inspection table is meticulously designed for sorting almonds from small shell particles or mismatched kernels that might mix with the total kernel mass. This table can accommodate up to 8 workers, adaptable to the customer’s specific requirements.
