Description
The Calibrator is equipped with 4 rotating shafts; the gaps between them can be adjusted depending on the size of the nuts (from 0.5 cm to 5 cm). Calibration of the nuts is necessary at medium and large enterprises for its high-quality processing at industrial cracking machines.
The advantages of a linear calibrator are:
- High productivity – up to 150 kg/h;
- Versatility – perfectly adapts to the sizes of walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, snails, shells, etc .;
- Ease of use – can be managed by only one person;
- Increases the cost of calibrated walnuts in the market;
- it is an indispensable tool for nutcrackers which require preliminary calibration of walnuts.
The operating principle is very simple:
the necessary dimensions of the gaps between the shafts must be set. Then place a container to unload the nuts. Add nuts to the calibrator’s hopper. During the operating process nuts will move between the shafts until the width of the gap matches the size of the nut. Then the nut will fall through and proceed to a special container.
