Use Optima 1 electric nutcracker if you need to crack large batches of walnuts as quickly as possible. This model has small size on purpose, it is intended to make the operating process more convenient both at home and at the production site.

The nutcracker is supplied with a dispenser, which regulates the transportation of the nut to the cracking mechanism.
The operating principle of the Nutcracker ‘Optima 1’ is quite simple:
you must adjust the equipment to the size of the nut, start the motor and add nuts. The shell breaks as the shaft with gaps rotates, grabbing the nut and pressing it against the metal coulisse inside the mechanism. When the shaft is turned, the nut cracks and goes to the special container. The gaps in the shaft are made in a manner that helps peel the shell gently and keep the kernel intact.
