The industrial line is a range of equipment for processing hazelnuts on a production scale. The line is equipped with such a volume of equipment that will automate your production as much as possible, reduce labor and reduce manual work to a minimum. The line is a single piece of equipment with compact dimensions and a common control pane:
The lifting conveyor with a large hopper ensures smooth operation of the line and an even supply of hazelnuts to the collating and sorting line without human intervention. The conveyor loads hazelnuts into the nutcracker.
Drum nutcracker for hazelnuts is equipment for the high-quality processing of hazelnuts on an industrial scale. The nutcracker provides gentle cracking with maximum whole kernel yield – up to 90%. The nutcracker is placed above the vibrating screen. Cracked hazelnuts are unloaded immediately on a vibrating screen.
A vibrating sieve with aspiration sorts cracked hazelnuts into 2 fractions. Before unloading, each fraction passes through an aspiration column, where the kernel is separated from the shell.
The cracking and sorting line for hazelnuts performs up to 98% of all the work of cracking and sorting the kernel. The equipment can be additionally equipped with a vibrating sieve for sorting hazelnuts in the shell and an inspection table for kernel quality control.
