An green walnut peeling and cleaning machine for cleaning walnuts from green peels. Peeling machine removes the green skin from the young, just ripe walnut, as well as from the walnut, from which the pericarp separates itself from the walnut. After washing, the shell of the walnut remains intact and the walnut is sent for drying. The special cone shape allows you to effectively peel large volumes of walnuts in a short period of time.
El transportador de carga is designed to load inshell walnuts into the dryer. The conveyor can also be used to load and elevate any bulk solids.
Un secador is an equipment designed to dry inshell walnuts after harvesting, washing or cleaning the green pericarp. Drying of walnuts is a necessary step in the walnut business because the quality of the kernel and the storage time of the walnut in the shell depend on it.
On request, the line can be supplemented and the capacity can be increased from 500 kg / h to 1000 kg / h.
