Opis
Electric Walnut Cracker ‘Optima 2’ requires minimum human involvement in the operating process. It is equipped with a rolling cracking mechanism and its productivity is up to 70 kg of walnuts per hour. This model has a small size on purpose. It is intended to make the operating process more convenient both at home and at the production site.
A distinguishing feature of this nutcracker is the built-in motor-reduction gear. It is also very powerful, its shaft rotation is smooth and it gives you the possibility to crack nuts as carefully as possible.

The operating principle is quite simple:
a nuts cracks due to the shaft rotating which grabs the nut and presses it against the adjustable metal coulisse, breaking it very carefully. After cracking, it is important to peel off the kernel from the shell and partitions. You can do it with the tools which are supplied with a kit. The gaps in the shaft are made in a manner which helps peel the shell gently and keep the kernel intact.
