A Walnut peeling machine is used:

• To prevent the darkening of the kernel. The green pericarp contains a large amount of juglone and tannins that dye the kernel dark, so it is very important to peel the walnut immediately after harvest.

The operating principle: we connect the water pressure to the unit, and add walnuts. The steel teeth will clean the green pericarp and the water will wash away the green pulp. When the walnut is peeled, turn off the machine and water supply, then unload the walnuts through the door. To avoid damaging the shell, remove the walnuts as soon as they are peeled.
