The industrial complex is a complete range of equipment for processing hazelnuts on a production scale. The line is equipped with such a volume of equipment that will automate your production as much as possible, reduce labor and reduce manual work to a minimum.
Hazelnut calibrating machine is intended for sorting hazelnuts in shells into fractions by sizes from small to large for further high-quality and cost-effective processing of hazelnuts on industrial nutcrackers. The calibrator sorts hazelnuts in shell into two sizes.
An industrial hazelnut processing line is an automated equipment that splits hazelnuts, separates the shells and sorts the kernels into fractions. The line consists of the following parts:
- a hopper with a conveyor for loading hazelnuts into the nut sheller;
- a drum-type hazelnut sheller for gentle splitting of hazelnuts. The yield of whole kernels is up to 90%;
- vibrating sieve with aspiration system – for separating hulls and dust, and sorting the kernels by size.
