The industrial line is a range of equipment for processing almonds on a production scale. The line is equipped with such a volume of equipment that will automate your production as much as possible, reduce labor and reduce manual work to a minimum. Drum nutcracker for almonds is equipment for the high-quality processing of almonds on an industrial scale. The nutcracker provides gentle cracking with maximum whole kernel yield – up to 90%. The nutcracker is placed above the vibrating screen. Cracked almonds are unloaded immediately on a vibrating screen.

The cracking and sorting line for almonds performs up to 98% of all the work of cracking and sorting the kernel. The equipment can be additionally equipped with a vibrating sieve for sorting almonds in the shell and an inspection table for kernel quality control.
