1. Nutcracker ‘Whole Kernel’ is a tool created especially for careful cracking of walnuts and saving of the whole kernel. It has a special conical cracking mechanism and is suitable for cracking walnuts of any size, which means that pre-calibration of the walnuts is not needed.

2. Walnut Opener Tools includes additional tools for removing remaining parts of the shell, separating partitions and extracting the kernel.
After cracking kits significantly simplify and accelerate the process of walnut cleaning, saving time for further sorting and separating garbage and husk. After removing the remaining parts of shell with after cracking kit, you don`t need to crack the nut with a nutcracker anymore, you also save the kernel from damage.

1. The line is able to provide work for 5 people – 1 operator for a nutcracker and 4 workers for peeling a walnut;
2. Nutcracker performance is up to 120 kg of nuts per 8 hours;
3. Productivity – 1 worker is capable to clear up to 30 kg of walnuts per 8 hours, 4 worker – up to 120 kg;
4. Result – 40-48 kg of pure whole kernels comes out of 120 kg of cracked nuts.
