Description
The productivity of Optima 2 is up to 70 kg of nuts per hour. This model has a small size on purpose. It is intended to make the operating process more convenient both at home and at the production site. A distinguishing feature of this nutcracker is the gear motor. That`s why it is very powerful, its shaft rotation is smooth and it gives you the possibility to crack nuts as carefully as possible.

The operating principle is quite simple:
a nut cracks due to the shaft rotating which grabs the nut. The shaft presses it against the adjustable metal coulisse, breaking it very carefully. After cracking, it is important to peel off the kernel from the shell and partitions. You can do it with the tools which are supplied with a kit.
To increase productivity and reduce the risk of getting not completely cracked nuts or cracked kernels, it would be better to sort all the nuts by their size before you start the operating process.
