Description

The vibrating sieve is designed for sorting walnuts into fractions (sizes) – halves, quarters, eighths, and kernel crumbs. The vibrating sieve is used in industrial production for the quick sorting of large volumes of walnut kernels.

Benefits of the walnut kernel vibrating screen:

  • Time-saving and high productivity – sort large volumes of walnut kernels in a short time (up to 1000 kg per hour).
  • Reduces the cost of hiring workers – one person can handle the equipment.
  • Convenience – the platform vibrator provides a constant supply of walnut kernels from the hopper without manual intervention.
  • In addition to the price of a walnut, sorting by fractions increases the value of the kernel on the market.

  • Sorting into fractions allows you to sell the kernel faster and more expensive because companies usually buy the kernel already sorted by size.
  • This model of vibrating sieve removes the remnants of partitions, debris, and dust from the total mass of the kernel.
  • Versatility – the sieve can be ordered in custom sizes to sort hazelnuts, almonds, or other bulk products.

Principle of operation: the walnut kernel is poured into the hopper, then, with the help of vibratory feeding, the kernel is fed onto a sieve with holes of different sizes. During vibration, the nucleus falls into holes corresponding to its size.
