The 3-in-1 industrial nut processing line (200 kg/h) is a single solution designed for processing three types of nuts: hazelnuts, almonds, and walnuts. The line provides a complete processing cycle — from cracking with maximum whole kernel yield to secondary cracking, shell and kernel sorting, as well as automatic material transfer between stages. The equipment is fully automated, optimizes production processes, and reduces the need for manual labor. It can be additionally equipped and customized to meet the individual needs of the customer.

Operating Principle of the 3-in-1 Industrial Automated Processing Line for Hazelnuts, Almonds, and Walnuts
Cracking:
The cone-type nut cracker splits the shell along the entire perimeter, providing access to the kernel. A dedicated interchangeable cracker is used for each type of nut (hazelnuts, almonds, and walnuts), ensuring efficient cracking performance. The cracked product is discharged directly into the aspiration column.
Aspiration:
A high-capacity aspirator separates shells, partitions, and dust generated during the cracking process, after which the kernels are transferred onto the conveyor belt.
Transportation:
The product is conveyed to the next processing stage — secondary cracking.
Secondary Cracking:
The secondary cracker further processes nuts that were not completely cracked during the previous stage. Different settings and interchangeable components are used depending on the nut type. The product is then fed to the vibrating sieve.
Sorting:
The vibrating sieve (equipped with interchangeable screens for each nut type) sorts the kernels into fractions: 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and crumbs. Before discharge, each fraction passes through an aspiration column for final cleaning from shell residues and dust.
