Description
The industrial line is a complete range of equipment for processing nuts on a production scale. The line is equipped with such a volume of equipment that will automate your production as much as possible, reduce labor and reduce manual walnut bulkheading to a minimum.
Walnut cracking machine (100 kg/h) is equipment for high-quality processing of walnuts on an industrial scale. The nutcracker provides gentle splitting with maximum whole kernel yield and is suitable for processing walnuts of any size. This model is ideal for use in medium and large enterprises. The industrial nutcracker is equipped with a conical crack type so that the nuts are cracked as gently as possible.
The calibrator is intended for sorting nuts in shells into fractions by sizes from small to large for further high-quality and cost-effective processing of nuts on industrial nutcrackers that require preliminary calibration of the nut.
On the calibrator, the gaps between the shafts can be adjusted independently, depending on the size of the nut (from 5 mm to 50 mm), it is possible to adjust for any kind of nut – walnut, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
Vibrating sieve with aspiration is designed for screening out shells, partitions, and dust from the nut kernel and sorting the kernel into fractions (sizes) – halves, quarters, eighths of the kernel, and crumb. A vibrating sieve with aspiration is used for high-quality and quick sorting of nuts in large volumes.
The lifting conveyor is designed for feeding walnuts (or any other raw materials) between installations (calibrator-nutcracker, nutcracker-vibrating screen, vibrating screen-inspection table). The conveyor speeds up and facilitates the technological processes of walnut processing, reduces the amount of manual labor, and ensures the uninterrupted operation of the line.
The walnut breaker is used to minimize manual labor and speed up the processing process. The walnut breaker is great for cracking thick-shelled walnuts as well as wet walnuts.
The belt inspection table is designed for sorting and visual control of walnuts from shells, debris, and small particles. The table is capable of providing work from 8 workers, depending on the customer’s requirements.
