Description
Vibrating sieve with aspiration is designed for screening out shells, partitions and dust from the nut kernel and sorting the kernel into fractions (sizes) – 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, crumbs. Vibrating sieve with aspiration is used for high-quality and quick sorting of nuts in large volumes. The unit is used in industrial production and processing shops.
Advantages of the vibrating sieve with aspiration:
- Saves time and reduces manual sorting by 80%.
- The optimal performance of the machine allows you to work continuously with the nutcracker.
- The vibrating sieve is used to sort the cracked walnut after the nutcracker.
- The vibrating sieve sorts the cracked walnut into fractions – ½, ¼, ⅛, and uncracked.
- An aspiration column is installed on each fraction, which, before unloading, separates all light parts – partitions and shells, from the kernel.
- The presence of a platform vibrator ensures a constant supply of walnuts from the hopper without manual intervention.
- The presence of adjustment of the volume of giving of walnut provides uniformity and quality of sorting.
- Sorting the kernel into fractions increases the value of the kernel in the market.
- Automatic sorting of walnuts reduces labor costs and increases productivity and processing volumes.
- A vibrating sieve with aspiration is made to order with sieves for sorting cracked hazelnuts or almonds.
Principle of operation:
walnuts are poured into the hopper, then, with the help of vibrating feed, they are fed onto sieves with holes of different sizes. In the vibration process, the nut falls into holes corresponding to its size. At the same time, foreign small particles and shells are blown into a separate compartment by an air stream.
