How It Works:
- Load walnuts into the nutcracker’s hopper and activate the machine.
- Hooks on the chain conveyor capture the walnuts and transport them to the cracking mechanism.
- Walnuts descend between the conical plates, adjusting to their size, while the plates compress, cracking the shells and leaving the kernels intact.
- Walnuts are discharged into the aspiration column. A stream of air in the column separates shells and partitions, directing kernels and undercracked nuts into the separate container.
