Preparation for harvesting walnuts, berries and fruits

Automation significantly speeds up harvesting, which in turn prevents crop loss in the form of overripe or spoiled fruit. Automation also reduces the number of employees, lowers labor costs, reduces product costs and increases profitability.

In industrial gardens, all trees of the same variety and the entire crop are harvested at once, and not gradually, as is often done in households. When collecting harder fruits (nuts, apples, apricots, etc.), as well as when collecting any fruits for further processing into juices, fruit drinks, preserves, jams and other products, the process is automated as much as possible. This allows you to enter the market ahead of competitors, offer the freshest product possible and dictate your prices.

Ripe fruits are shaken off the trees using a cable shaker attached to the tractor. One person is enough to work with the shaker. Depending on the height of the tree, the cable is fixed to the tree trunk or branch and the tractor shaft is started. As a result of shaking, all the fruits are shaken off to the ground or an awning stretched in advance. Shaking a tree up to 7 m high takes about 1 minute. Fruits that have fallen to the ground are harvested using harvesting rolls or harvesting machines.

The shaker is suitable for shaking walnuts, apples, pears, plums, cherries, peaches, apricots, olives and any other fruits.
